Our team is dedicated to providing the highest quality rental management solution possible. Company headquarters are located in Orem, Utah, and satellite offices are located in Carlisle, Pennsylvania and Tri-Cities, Washington.
Suman has been with Flex Rental Solutions since 2009. He has a decade of experience in software engineering. In his early days, he was heavily involved in the development of our Flex4 software. As a full-stack developer, he has been involved with almost every feature of Flex. He has architected and developed the UI for our Flex5 Desktop and Mobile apps. He’s currently working as a Tech Lead for our Flex5 product. Before working with Flex Rental Solutions, he worked on other software applications focusing on inventory management, financial services, and hotel industries. Suman holds a Master’s degree from IIT and is passionate about software engineering.
Roger Diller has been in the software development industry for nearly a decade and a half now. He has worked at Flex for over 10 years in various technical capacities. In the early days, he contributed heavily to the build out of the Flex4 software. He is currently leading the Flex5 engineering effort as well as pioneering some new incubator projects. He strives to be a pragmatic software craftsman focused on balancing the needs of engineering and business for the most optimal holistic outcome. He is passionate about using software to create business value and while also building it in a sustainable way.
Maria joined Flex in 2014, bringing with her a strong accounting background and experience in accounting and customer service. She now leads quality assurance as an accounting specialist testing our financial module, accounting system integration, Flex Production Manager, and Flex Mobile. Maria has a BS in Accounting from Washington State University and is also the Flex Controller.
Sonja joined Flex Rental Solutions in 2010. She balanced management of accounts, information requests, and planning of tradeshows and events through 2014. Today, Sonja effectively manages all Accounts Receivables, recurring billing, and contact management for Flex.
Lisa joined the Flex team in 2012 with over 14 years in the Event Rental Industry, with the last 8 years handling Customer Service, Support and Training in the Rental Inventory Software Industry. She is known for her excellent customer service, enthusiastic personality and her passion for solving customer issues.
Jordan joined in 2019. She brings with her over 10 years of experience in customer service, and 2 years in the production world as a video technician. This combination background has made her a perfect addition to the Support Team. Jordan is always willing to go above and beyond to meet or exceed the customer’s expectations. Her main goal is to ensure every customer has a flawless time using Flex.
Chelsea is a Project Manager based in Utah. She comes to us from the world of leadership consulting. She is passionate about communication, process improvement and organizational effectiveness. Chelsea endeavors to optimize the Flex development process in order to ensure customer satisfaction.
Patrick Legacy has been in the Pro AV industry for over ten years. He started out as a Lighting Designer touring and working from small rooms up to arenas and large festivals. He also draws on experience from the Food/Beverage/Hospitality, Medical Device/Manufacturing, and Construction industries. Patrick’s grandfather was a 1950’s race car driver/builder who inspired him at a young age with an interest in computers, technology, and machines. He can often be found under the hood of a car.
Matt Rosenberger is a Software Engineer currently working out of the Carlisle office. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Kutztown University. He worked for EXTOL International Inc. from March 2004 to April 2016. EXTOL International Inc. was bought by Cleo Communications, Inc. and worked with Cleo from April 2016 to March 2017. He enjoys attending craft beer festivals with his amazing veterinarian wife Heather.
Randy joined Flex Rental Solutions in June 2016 after several years in the AV industry working as an audio tech/engineer and Flex Administrator. He spent the majority of the next two and a half years as the Technical Support Lead where he gained additional useful experience with Flex and its database. In December of 2018 he began transitioning to the development team where he now enjoys honing his coding skills and offering product-usage insight to the rest of the team as they forge their way through creating Flex5. He also enjoys spending time with his wife and kids.
Matt joined Flex Rental Solutions in late 2020 after many years with a large sound company serving the Broadway industry. While there, he developed various software tools and applications to increase efficiency in most areas of the company. Flex provided the perfect place for him to grow as a developer, building on his previous knowledge and experiences. He enjoys spending time with his wife and dogs.
Alex joined Flex Rental Solutions as a DevOps Engineer in March 2020, with over five years of experience in IT and software development roles. He works out of the Carlisle office and enjoys visiting museums, watching movies, and camping in his free time.
Aaron joined Flex in March 2020 with 6 years of experience in the AV industry with roles reaching from warehouse admin, to driver-tech, to project manager. He is a passionate learner and natural-born educator whose main goal is to help others achieve maximum utility from the tools in their arsenal.
Micah has been a Software QA Analyst for over 7 years. He holds an AAS in Computer Science with a focus in software development and certifications in network administration and security. He has a passion for solving complex problems with efficient and quality solutions and making sure the end-user gets the best experience possible.
Charlie joined Flex in April 2020 with 10 years of experience in the live events industry. He started as an audio engineer in recording studios and then transitioned to live audio before ending up as a production manager for Mexico’s largest rental company. He has made it his mission to ensure that Flex translates adequately to our customers in the real world, making their processes more efficient.
Kersti is inspired by the power of software to positively impact our world. Her passion for the tech space sparked from involvement with the Code for America process, where she worked on creating an app for an arts nonprofit a few years ago. She then went on to graduate from the LaunchCode program and has worked as a Software QA for a variety of industries: Edtech, Entertainment, and Manufacturing, to name a few. No stranger to stage equipment herself, Kersti is also a classical violinist, who found a similar flow state in coding and QA puzzles, as she’d discovered in music. At Flex, she loves to see the event in her mind, really focus on the details, and be creative when testing your software prior to updates going live!
Branden shifted his professional career towards working with software development in 2019 by earning a certification in full-stack software development from Case Western Reserve University. He is currently working on his bachelor’s degree in computer science with the main goal of creating heightened experiences for the end-user by creating and maintaining clean and efficient software. At his core, he is a husband and a father to his son. He enjoys running, playing drums, and eating tacos!
With 30 plus years of experience in event services and live audio, as well as 10 years of AV warehouse operations experience, Jim comes to the Flex Support Team with a sincere desire to enhance our user’s effectiveness in their day-to-day operations and their understanding of the benefits that our platform and services can provide to their business and its bottom line.
My experience within the live show production industry began when I was 13yrs old and I worked in many production positions at the same time for a small Polynesian Revue. My experience is mainly as a Lighting Operator and Programmer, with some Design as well, when I left the lighting side of it, Cyberlights and VL5’s were in use. I’ve been an Audio Tech as well for 10+ years. My main interests are my kids, drumming, and photography.
