Configure Your Plan

Customize Flex by adding additional components to your basic subscriptions. These options are great for companies with multiple locations, multiple businesses and larger storage needs.

Additional Warehouse/Business Location - $150

Add a second warehouse for just $150. Subscriptions with multiple warehouses enabled will also receive Transfer Order Functionality and Location Based Security Permissions. Add three to five more location for an additional $100 per location. Anything after the fifth location is $75 a month.

Flex Beta Site - $50

Test and experiment in Flex without fear of impacting your live data with a private company Test Site. We can provide you with a carbon copy of your current Flex system as a test site: a private place for you and your team to try out new features, train new employees, and make process improvement decisions on a site built with your inventory and workflow, all without impacting your day to day business.

QuickBooks™ Integration - $25

QuickBooks™ Integration is provided using the Intuit Web Connector Kit. Complete QuickBooks™ Desktop integration supports quotes, invoices, payments, credit memos, sub rentals, and purchase orders. Payments sent from Flex to QuickBooks™ will automatically be applied to their corresponding invoice or quote. Additionally, all invoices, payments, and purchase orders can be configured to use QuickBooks™ job costing functionality.

Additional Corporate Identity - $50

A corporate identity is the identity of your company. Multiple corporate identities can be at a single business location. For example, if an audio/video rental company also operates a recording studio from their warehouse, they can set up a new corporate identity for the recording studio and bill their clients under the name of the recording studio corporate identity.
