The super fun (but not super scary) fine print: an Active Customer is defined as a new or returning customer who has completed the trial period and has begun paying for their subscription. Credits will not be issued before a referral customer has ended their trial period. Credits are issued monthly, at the beginning of a month, for referrals that have converted from trial in the previous month. Credit(s) issued are for five hundred ten US dollars ($510), equal to one month of the Flex base subscription (add-ons not included), towards balance(s) due on the referring customer’s account. Credit ACV $0.001 or one-tenth of a cent. Participation constitutes agreement to these terms.
For referrals who sign up for Flex Lite, GTS, or Assets, the credit is the equivalent of one month of that plan’s base subscription (add-ons not included).
