Free 10-week online training course

We’re excited to introduce a new way to help your team get the most out of Flex: a 10-week Live Webinar Training Program.

Each week is a 60–90 minute live session built around the parts of the system your team actually uses day-to-day—plus how that work connects across departments. Every session includes live walkthroughs, real-world workflows, and time for Q&A.

Role-Based Learning Paths

This 10-week training program is designed to help each department learn the parts of Flex they use every day while understanding how their work connects with the rest of the business. The training is organized around four key roles, with each role receiving focused instruction based on its responsibilities and use of the system:

Warehouse Track

Logo

The Warehouse Manager Track covers essential inventory management processes. Participants will learn how to organize inventory, track availability, manage check-outs and check-ins, transfer items between locations, use barcode scanning, and monitor damage, loss, and maintenance to maintain accurate inventory records.

Sales Track

Logo
Sales Track covers creating quotes with correct pricing models, discounts, and sales tax, using availability-aware quoting to ensure feasibility, converting quotes into pull sheets for fulfillment, managing customer records, and flagging quotes as ready to invoice to streamline billing.

Accounting Track

Accounting & Finance Training Track covers generating invoices, collecting payments, and handling taxes, fees, and adjustments accurately. It also includes working with QuickBooks Online (QBO) integrations to keep systems in sync, along with understanding financial reporting basics to track performance and maintain clean, reliable books.

Admin Track

Admin & Management Track covers setting up user roles and permissions to control access, configuring custom fields to match business needs, and building workflows that automate and standardize operations. It also includes managing pricing models and system settings, along with applying best practices to keep the platform organized, secure, and scalable.
