About The Awards
We know that behind every successful show, there’s a warehouse wizard, a sales superhero, an operations overlord, and a scheduling star, often without applause. The Flex Awards were created to celebrate the people who keep the gear organized, the quotes clean, and the chaos under control. This is our way of saying thank you, and shining a well-earned spotlight on the people behind the scenes, who keep live events running when the spotlight’s off.
Award Categories
These awards highlight genuine excellence, the best of the best in the live events community.
- Warehouse Wizard of the Year – For mastery of the prep / return process.
- Sales Superhero of the Year – The pro who turns conversations into quotes into done deals.
- Operations Overlord of the Year – The person who keeps chaos at bay and shows running smooth.
- Scheduling Star of the Year – Someone who always has the team’s back, no matter what.
How the Flex Awards Work
- Nominate (October–November) – Submit your nominations via social media or by using the link below.
- Vote (November–January) – Vote for finalists on our website.
- Celebrate (February 2026) – Winners announced following the Parnelli Awards.
