Aaron’s knowledge of the warehouse runs deep. He describes it as an extension of his personal space. Just as he knows exactly where his favorite coat hangs at home, he knows where obscure power break-ins live, which network switch is just a little better than the rest, and how to identify DC power supplies that might look identical to anyone else. To Aaron, every piece of gear has its own fingerprint.
That attention to detail comes in handy when things get strange. One of his most memorable moments came when a road case returned from a medical association show carrying an unexpected surprise. Tucked inside a roll of SDI cable were four bottles of a novocaine solution for oral surgery. It made for a very interesting follow-up call with the client.
For Aaron, a perfect pull list is more than just a checklist. He compares it to an instruction set for building a perfect life, even if only for a weekend. It is that sense of order and clarity that drives his approach to warehouse operations.
The warehouse skill Aaron believes deserves true superpower status is the audit. He values the ability to trace a single thread through Flex and understand the full contextual history of every movement in the system. Audits provide insight, accountability, and confidence that nothing has been lost along the way.
When asked what Flex features more people should explore, Aaron does not hesitate. His first recommendation is everything within the Warehouse submenu. Each tool plays a critical role in reaching what he calls peak Flex. Understanding when and how to use those tools is key to mastering warehouse operations. His second recommendation is the Inventory Worksheet. He believes everyone, regardless of role, should spend time with it at least once to understand its full utility.
Aaron has also taken the initiative to tag and label every piece of equipment at Technotrix and is actively exploring RFID tracking as the next step. His curiosity and dedication continue to push the operation forward.
